1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") form a legal agreement between hbsje and the user of the platform (hereinafter referred to as "Member" or "you"). The hbsje website, mobile application and all related services are collectively defined as the "Platform".

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh and are effective under Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). hbsje reserves the right to modify, add to or remove any part of these Terms at any time, with or without prior notice.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirement

To register and use services on hbsje, the following eligibility requirements must be met:

• You must be a minimum of 21 years of age or older.
• You must be a legal citizen or permanent resident of Bangladesh.
• You must participate on this platform entirely of your own free will and consent.
• You have not previously been banned or suspended by hbsje.
• You have not added yourself to a self-exclusion list due to a gambling addiction.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

Each individual may open only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, all accounts will be cancelled and all funds may be seized. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete and up to date.

3.2 Account Security

The security of your account is entirely your own responsibility. To that end, please follow the guidelines below:

• Do not share your login details with anyone.
• If you notice any suspicious activity, notify our support team immediately.
• Always log out after logging in from a public or shared device.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

hbsje may request a National Identity Card (NID), passport or other valid identity document at any time. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until identity verification is completed.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on hbsje is ৳300 (three hundred taka). Accepted payment methods:

4.2 Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). For fully verified accounts, withdrawal processing time is generally 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals will be processed once the following conditions are met:

• The account must be fully verified.
• The wagering requirement on any active bonus must be fulfilled.
• The withdrawal request must be confirmed as not involving any prohibited activity.

hbsje reserves the right to decline or place under review any withdrawal request without stating a reason.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

hbsje offers new members a 100% bonus up to ৳8,000 on their first deposit. Please read the conditions below carefully before claiming this bonus.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

After receiving the welcome bonus, the total bonus amount must be wagered 15 times (15x) before it becomes withdrawable. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 as a bonus, you must place a total of ৳15,000 in bets before withdrawing.

• Bonus wagering is counted only on eligible games.
• No other bonus may be claimed while a bonus is active.
• If bonus terms are violated, the bonus and any associated winnings may be cancelled.
• hbsje may modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.

5.3 VIP and Cashback Program

hbsje has five VIP tiers. The weekly cashback rate is determined by tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.5% weekly cashback

You can advance to a higher VIP tier through continued active play.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

Sports betting, casino games, slot machines and live casino services are available on the hbsje platform. The following general rules apply to all games and betting activities:

• Once confirmed, a bet or game round cannot be cancelled.
• If any result remains undetermined due to a technical error, hbsje's decision will be considered final.
• Rules set by the game provider (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, etc.) apply.
• In the event of a dispute over a result, the support team must be notified within 24 hours.
• hbsje will not be liable for losses caused by internet disconnection.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and, if detected, will result in the immediate cancellation of the account:

1. Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal activity.
2. Placing artificial bets with the intent of circumventing bonus terms (bonus abuse / arbitrage).
3. Operating multiple accounts by the same individual.
4. Attempting to access or hack another member's account.
5. Exploiting any bug, error or loophole in the platform's software for gain.
6. Registering or completing the KYC process with false information.
7. Making deposits or withdrawals using a third party's account or payment method.

8 Responsible Gaming Policy

You can request to close your account at any time through the support team. hbsje may suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of terms and conditions.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification.
• Due to legal obligations.
